If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window listed above, we will also happily refund your shipping fees in addition to reshipping your order.

If your tracking shows no movement for 15 business days or more, please contact our support team at help@tryhairo.com and we will reship or refund your order immediately.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. If a package is delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error, or if a package is returned to us for any address-related reason, we will reship your order free of charge.
